The 36-year-old made an appearance on the Ellen Show on Monday where she was asked about the 21-year-old.
So are Kourtney and Justin really a couple? Nope! Kourtney told Ellen DeGeneres that the two are "just friends" even though she couldn't stop smiling when his name was mentioned!
