A concerned African question to the GOP and Dem candidates

The American Election is significant not just to the Americans but to the 7.4 billion people on planet earth, not just to the 7.4billion people but to the entire Universe that is currently being challenged by the activities of the occupants of the planet earth!
Against this backdrop, Africa has had Economic, Political and Security challenges and has always look up to the White House for interventions, and supports.
Taking the Nigeria terrorism and Libya water ways as case studies:
The fight against terrorism has lingered in Nigeria, howbeit, there is a general believe that the current government of the Obama administration did little in the fight against Boko Haram that has resulted into a medium and platform for  ISIS to recruit fighters and have more network of sponsors and sympathizers.
After the fall of Gaddafi, the Libya water ways has been porous and migrants uses the channel to migrate to Europe and America.

As Africans, we keenly watch the political campaigns in America and it is obvious that come November 2016, a new POTUS will emerge, our concern and qiestion is:
IF YOU ARE ELECTED AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA, HOW WILL YOU HANDLE THE ECONOMIC AND SECURITY CHALLENGES IN AFRICA DIFFERENTLY FROM WHAT WE HAVE NOW?

This question is directed to the fore runners of the Race to the White House:
        Hillary Clinton
        Bernie Sanders
        Donald Trump
        Ted Cruz
        Marco Rubio
