PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ON LOAD SHEDDING PROGRAMME
Dear Esteemed Customers,
In view of the persistent low allocation of energy from the national grid, it has become necessary for us to devise a comprehensive load shedding programme within our franchise states of Kaduna, Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi. What this means is that power supply shall be rationed among the communities and neighborhoods within these states. We shall however do our best to see that communities and neighborhoods are not totally without power supply for unreasonably long hours.
While we hope that the supply situation from the national grid improves very soon, we are doing our utmost to improve our infrastructure so that customers can enjoy qualitative power supply when it is available. We therefore solicit the patience and understanding of our customers and the general public and also urge them to be vigilant of miscreants who may wish to take advantage of the outages to vandalize power installations. Any suspected vandal should be handed over to the nearest police station.
